Top players had an ISK-rating of about 2200, whereas busy (but not strong) players could reach a rating of 1900 ISK-points. This has changed.
Now the scale of the ratings has got a strict meaning: it divides the players into classes (See section 2.2.2 Form on the Day, Rating Scale and Classes..). And because Stratego is only partly a game of luck, there is a significant difference of about 1800 points (9 classes!) between the strongest players and the young beginners. The bulk is now about three or four classes below the peak.
Be honest: How big is your chance to beat the top player of the rating? Compare this to the rating difference!
