4.3.1 Only the Organizer Knows ...

There are two different types of tournaments:

• Some tournaments are just for fun and have never been intended to be rated.

• Other tournaments however should count for the rating.

I do not see a chance of classifying a tournament without getting additional information.

The organizer knows the type and he is obliged to publish it to the players and to the rating secretary before the tournament.
