1.1 What has been done so far and what I am doing now.

This document describes the rating system used to measure the playing strengths of players. The system has been introduced by StraDev in 1999. This document applies to revision 3.1 of the rating system.

This script is under heavy development. I know that the description is still far from being completed. There are still some open questions that I have not answered yet. I will fix that very soon.

And I know that many questions have not been answered yet; even more questions have never been asked. Be patient. Some issues will be clearer soon. Wait for the next updates, which will be online once or twice a week.
